Baked Scallops

I am a huge fan of seafoods! My Top 3 seafoods are Squid, Shrimp and Scallops! Very yummy!

In this blogpost, I am here to show you how to make baked scallops at home because baked scallops can be pricey in the resturant so why not buy some scallops and bring it to your home?

-Fresh Scallops
-Margarine / Butter
-A bulb of Garlic
-Vetsin or Salt & Pepper
-Quick Melt Cheese
-Soy Sauce

-Carefully Clean your Fresh scallops. Take off the parts you don't like to eat.

-Get some butter or Margarine and put it in a pan and heat it up.

-Finely Chop some garlic and add it on the margine you heated earlier then season it with vetsin or salt and peper and add a little soysauce not alot but a little soysauce. Maybe you can put 1 tsp. of soysauce.

-Great some Quick melt cheese and get your fresh scallops and also get your Margarine Mixture and add it to the Fresh scallops and put some cheese on top.

-Get your turbo and place the fresh scallops with the Margarine Mixture and cheese on top of them and bake them for 10 mins.

After 10 minutes, you are ready to rock your Baked Scallops! Since I'm an Asian, I really really love to eat rice paired with everything! Scallops also go perfectly with rice!
