<<MOIST CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES>>

For the Cupcake:
<<Dry Ingredients>>
2 1/2 cups of All - purpose flour
2 tsp. of Baking powder
1/2 tsp. of Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. of Salt
1 cup Cocoa powder
3 cups Sugar

<<Wet Ingredients>>
2 cups Fresh Milk, warm not cold
1 cup Butter
4 pcs. Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

For the Royal Icing:
1 kilo Confectioner's Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
2 pcs. Eggs
Flavoring (desired flavor)

|PROCEDURE|
.Start off by getting the flour (estimate 2 cups) and sift it, put it in a try the sifted flour. After that, get your measuring cup (1 cup and 1/2 cup) and get a spoon and start sprinkle the flour to the measuring cup, do not press it down (the flour) then, use a spatula and flatten the cup and add it into the mixing bowl. The same procedure to the Baking powder, baking soda, and salt and also the sugar. Although you need to separate the sugar (do not mix it with the other dry ingredients, put it another mixing bowl and set it aside.) You need to add the sIFTED Cocoa lastly because it's the only Dry Ingredient that isn't white in terms of color then mix it well and set aside.

.On the other side, measure 2 cups of fresh milk and add 1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract. Set it aside.

.On the other bowl, put your butter mash it until the butter is soft. Once it is soft enough, add the 3 cups of sugar you sifted earlier and mix them very well, once it is done, beat the eggs on the butter-sugar mixture. Set Aside.

.Going back to the dry ingredients, sift them again and onece it is done, get a regular spoon and get a spoonful of the dry ingredients mixture and add it to the sugar, butterand egg mixture. Repeat the process until you have  completely mix the dry and wet ingredients.

.then lastly, add the fresh milk with the  vanilla extract into the dry and wet mixture.

.get your cupcake mold or muffin pans then also get your cupcakes liners and fill the muffin pans in cupcake liners. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees F. and  get a measuring cup (a small one) then start putting the mixture into the cupcake liners in the muffin pans.

.bake them for 15 minutes.

.for the royal icing, sift the Powdered Sugar and separate the egg whites and the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until it is fluffy or it becomes white. then add the Powdered Sugar or Confectioner's Sugar then Mix them, and put it in a Pastry Bag or not.

.After 15 mins. take the cupcakes out of the oven and start putting  some icing on top and add sprinkles if you like.
