St. Ives Nourished & Smooth Oatmeal Scrub + Mask: Product Review

April 05, 2016

Ever since I tried St. Ives' Apricot Scrub, I fell inlove with it, and since then, I've been using St. Ives products. Today, I'm going to make a blog review about my the St. Ives Nourished and Smooth Oatmeal Scrub + Mask.
What I like about this product is, you can use it as a mask, or just a scrub. I love it because when I'm in a rush or I want to go to bed already, I can just use it as a scrub and when I feel like a little fancy, I use it as a mask. It's not a peel-off mask (and I'm hoping it is) but it does the job! It smells soooo good and it saids it softens your skin and smoothes away dryness. and it really is! At first I felt uneasy because of the smell, not because it's not a good-smelling product (it's actually a good-smelling product! hahahaha) but I really don't get used to the smell of the oatmeal so I think that's why but It has nothing to do with product itself. When you use it as a scrub, you need to leave it for 5-7 minutes but because I'm being me, I leave it for about 10minutes and my skin is starting to ich. haha! so you really need to follow directions guys! Don't be like me!
Scrubs are really not good for daily use so I use this product Once every single week. I mostly use this product during Saturdays or Sundays because I want to relax that time and everything.
Sometimes, when I'm working on a blogpost late night and I want to have a pamper time for myself at the same time, I would use the Oatmeal Scrub + Mask as a mask and leave as it is and when I finished my blogpost or my skin starts to irritate, I would rinse it with Lukewarm water. And this product is not that harsh for your skin in my opinion because in the Exfoliation Factor, it only belongs to the Gentel Category.
